Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times depend on your location and courier network, but most PLH orders fall into the following ranges:

Lagos & major cities: 1–3 working days after payment confirmation.
Other states: 2–5 working days, depending on distance and courier schedule.
Remote areas: 3–7 working days, subject to logistics coverage.

If your order is time‑sensitive (birthdays, anniversaries, events), please mention the date in the note section at checkout or chat with us on WhatsApp before you pay.

Tracking, Delays & Failed Deliveries

Once your order is dispatched, we:

Work closely with the courier to resolve “unable to deliver” or address issues.

If your parcel seems delayed, please contact us with your order ID. We’ll follow up with the courier and give you a clear update instead of leaving you in the dark.
